Today’s focus is on forgiving ourselves for anything with our health we’re feeling guilty about, and forging ahead with intention.
Answer the following:
1. What do I want my health to look like in a year? Think all areas - exercise, fruit/veggie intake, water, sleep, movement, relationship to food/your body/the process. Really brainstorm here!
2. For each category, list the steps to get from where you are to where you want to be. I.e exercising 5 days is the goal and I’m currently doing 1, I’d list out: exercise 2 days, exercise 3 days, exercise 4 days, exercise 5 days.
3. Look at your list and pick an easy win. You should have a win in the first two weeks of the year.
